DATES ANNOUNCED FOR THE 2023 NAUTIQUE REGATTAS
ORLANDO, FL (November 14, 2022) – Nautique Boats along with the World Wake Association (The WWA) are excited to announce the schedule of the 2023 Nautique Regattas. Joining the lineup in 2023 is the Nautique Canadian Regatta for a total of four Regattas across North America in 2023. The Nautique Regattas are an exclusive experience for Nautique boat owners and are FREE* to attend. These events have become weekends that Nautique families look forward to each year as they enjoy a fun-filled times on and off the water with experiences that will create memories and relationships for years to come.
The Nautique Regattas are an exclusive experience tailored specifically for Nautique boat owners. Throughout the weekend, owners can participate in educational sessions, tie-up lines, a GromFest for the kids to show off their skills, a weekend long Poker Run, evening themed banquets, and giveaways from the top brands in the industry that are associated with Nautique. One of the most sought-after aspects of the weekend is the ability for owners to schedule a private demo with a Team Nautique athlete, either on their own personal boat or while demoing the latest in the Nautique lineup.

The Nautique South Central Regatta will kick things off, returning to Lake Ray Hubbard in Rockwall, Texas. Team Nautique will then head back to Lake Lanier in Buford, Georgia for the Nautique Southeast Regatta. We’ll then head north of the border for the first-ever Nautique Canadian Regatta in Kelowna, B.C., Canada. Then to finish off the season, we’ll head back to the Nautical Beachfront resort on Lake Havasu for the much anticipated Nautique Southwest Regatta.
The Nautique Regattas represent what watersports are all about, bringing owners, families, and top brands together for an experience like no other. Nautique and the WWA plan to give back to their customers and the watersports community with more unique experiences and added Regattas for years to come. DATES ANNOUNCED AND EXCITING FORMAT CHANGES FOR THE 2023 NAUTIQUE WAKESURF SERIES
ORLANDO, FL (November 10, 2022) – Nautique Boats and The World Wake Association (The WWA) are pleased to announce dates, locations, and exciting changes for the 2023 Nautique Wakesurf Series. Pulled exclusively by Nautique’s industry-leading G-Series, the 2023 Nautique Wakesurf Series will be comprised of five prestigious wakesurf events spanning across three continents. With approachable formats designed for all ages and skill-levels, the event series is geared towards those looking for a fun, family-friendly and competitive atmosphere.
The series will yet again host the most diverse field of competitors in wakesurfing, and now the widest array of divisions offered. Based on competitor surveys and many discussions with athletes of all skill levels, we are proud to announce that the 2023 event series will offer both skim and surf style divisions for all ages. Surfers from around the world will compete and earn points towards the Nautique Wakesurf Series rankings based on their placement within their division at each event. The winners at each stop will automatically secure their invite to the crowning jewel event of the season, the Nautique Masters Wakesurf Championships, which will take place on world-renowned Robin Lake at Callaway Gardens, in Pine Mountian, GA. Fans and surfers alike will be able to follow all the action all season long at thewwa.com/nautiquesurfseries.

NAUTIQUE WAKE SERIES DATES ANNOUNCED FOR 2023
Orlando, FL (November 7, 2022) – The World Wake Association (WWA) and Nautique Boat Company are proud to announce the return of the Nautique Wake Series for its 10th season. Towed exclusively behind the award-winning Super Air Nautique G23, this series delivers the highest-levels of riding in wakeboarding competition with an epic schedule of events slated for 2023. The Nautique Wake Series provides a career-defining platform for athletes to showcase progression and define themselves as the sport’s elite. For the past decade, a dedication to rider development and a family-friendly environment has made the Nautique Wake Series home to an international field of athletes competing in all WWA professional and amateur divisions, continuing a tradition that always puts riders first.
“The 10th year of the Nautique Wake Series will certainly be the best one yet,” said Nautique president Greg Meloon. “As the defining series in the sport of wakeboarding, these events put riders first starting with providing them with the best boats to perform behind. I’m excited to watch all of the athletes compete across the globe as the 10th season of the Nautique Wake Series rolls on!”
The 2023 Nautique Wake Series will again kick off with the 62nd Moomba Masters International Invitational at the Moomba Festival in Melbourne, Australia on March 9th. Stop two will bring the most elite selection of riders to the legendary waters of Robin Lake at Callaway Gardens May 26th – 28th, for the Nautique Masters Waterski and Wakeboard Tournament® presented by GM Marine. Riders will have the opportunity to earn a Masters invitation through the Nautique Masters Virtual Wakeboard LCQ hosted in the WWA Rideline app.
The third stop of the Nautique Wake Series will return to Robin Lake July 27th – 30th for the Nautique WWA Wakeboard National Championships alongside the Nautique U.S. National Wakesurf Championships, all proudly presented by our great partners at GM Marine. The fourth and final stop will head across the pond on August 31st through September 3rd to Ferreira do Zêzere, Portugal for the Nautique WWA Wakeboard World Championships presented by GM Marine. All four events are also a part of the WWA Wakeboard World Series (WBWS) for the 2023 season.
Pro Men, Pro Women, Jr. Pro Men and Jr. Pro Women athletes will compete throughout the season for the overall Nautique Wake Series title. The entire season comes down to the final stop where the WWA World Champions, Nautique Wake Series Overall Champions and WWA Wakeboard World Series Overall Champions are crowned.

Boat Parking
We’ve got slips at the Nautical for day use on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (see map above). You will be able to come and go throughout the day from any of these slips labeled with the South Central Regatta logo. We’ll have a few slips reserved with the Nautique logo for our event demo boats, please refrain from parking in those.We also have the entire cove at the Nautical reserved for cove parking. This will be exclusive to Nautique owners.The slips to the left of the slips reserved for the Regatta as well as the beach parking (to the left of the vendor/check-in area) are open for anyone to use first come, first serve. After 5PM, we will be assigning slips for overnight use at check-in each day first come first serve.There is plenty of boat/trailer parking on land at the Nautical.
Boat Ramps
There is a boat ramp on site at the Nautical Beachfront Resort. If you are staying on property, access to the ramp is included as a part of your resort fee.Poker Run
Grab your score card at registration and stop by the participating locations to draw your cards! We’ve got some GREAT prizes in store for the Best Hands and we’ll even draw “Worst Hand” from the non-winning cards!Winners will be determined from one deck of cards. If you happen to draw an ace of diamonds at the first stop of the poker run and an ace of diamonds at the second stop on the poker run – please draw again. Only cards with ahnds that could be drawn from a single deck of cards will be eligible to win.

This is a fun and friendly format with fun awards like the “Little Legend” and “Boat Buddy” awards, all judged by the Nautique athletes. This contest will take place across from the Nautical near the tie up line on Saturday from 1:30-2:30 PM (Map of exact location to come)

Education/Product Sessions

Friday Sessions:
12:30 PM – Head over to the GM Marine / PCM tent to see your beautiful engine from outside of the boat. You will learn what makes these engines easy to maintain as well as what development and testing goes into the product to make it a durable, powerful and efficient engine for a better, longer day on the water.

2022 NATIONAL CHAMPIONS CROWNED IN POLK COUNTY

| Central Florida saw the ultimate wake showdown this past weekend as the 2022 Nautique WWA Wakeboard, Wakesurf and Wake Park National Championships presented by GM Marine took place this past weekend. The nation’s top amateur athletes and their families across six disciplines came together for a chance to define themselves as the sport’s elite. Professional riders from around the world reunited looking to take home the crown and put points on the leaderboard for their respective series of the 2022 season. The global series featured included the Nautique Wake Series, the Nautique Wakesurf Series, the WWA Wakeboard World Series (WBWS) and the WWA Wake Park World Series (WPWS). 2022 Southwest Regatta ScheduleNautique Boats along with the World Wake Association (The WWA) are excited to announce the return of the Nautique Regattas for 2022. Exclusive experiences for Nautique boat owners, the Nautique Regattas are FREE* to attend. These events have become one of anticipation for Nautique families to enjoy a fun-filled weekend on and off the water with experiences that will create memories and relationships for years to come.

Step #1 – Register for the Regatta. Please select the number in your party from the drop down in the form to register for the Regatta. Enter each individuals name and details in the attendee fields.
Step #2 – Register for a Demo to have one of the Nautique athletes go out on your boat or while demoing the newest in the Nautique line is optional and first come first serve.

UPDATED TRICK LIMITATIONS FOR WAKE PARK NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
NEW for 2022, we’ve updated the Points Chase trick limitations. These new trick limitations will be in effect at the 2022 Nautique WWA Wake Park National Championships
TRICK LIMITATIONS:
Features Only: No Restrictions
Traditional Cable:
Beginner Wakeboard:
Kickers: Spins – Frontside 180s Only, Add some style! No Inverts
Air Tricks: No Air tricks, Ollie 180 front side and backside and slayshing/butters
Rails: Judges Discretion (No Transfers)
No WildCard (May be added at Championship)
Amateur Wakeskate:
Kickers: Spins – Frontside 180’s, HS & TS Airs (NO: BS spins or FS 360 or more, no shuv or flip tricks off)
Flats Tricks: Shuv FS & BS, 180 body varials, 180’s fs & bs (NO: 360 shuv, Big Spins & Flip Tricks)
Rails: Riding them, spins up to 360 on them, shuv either off or on top of, not onto the box or rail. (NO: Everything else)
No WildCard (May be added at Championship)
Novice Wakeboard:
Kickers: Spins – 360 spins MAX. Basic Inverts (no Blind or handle pass inverts)

2022 “WOMEN MAKING WAVES NAMED” BY BOATING INDUSTRY
Congratulations to our Executive Director, Corrie Wilson, along with other women from the watersports industry recognized in the “2022 Women Making Waves”
Women Making Waves is Boating Industry’s effort to recognize the multitude of women in the industry who have made and continue to make great contributions to its success, propel its growth and lead their organizations and peers into the future.
Now in its fifth year and becoming a part of Boating Industry’s Top 100 Awards, the program is stronger than ever before. With over 120 well-qualified nominations for this year’s Women Making Waves, choosing this year’s honorees was no simple task.
There is such a large and continuously growing number women doing incredible work in our industry that the pages of the magazine simply don’t provide enough space to honor each and every one. However, the women recognized have given everything they have and more to the marine industry and have accomplished so much, with a pledge to continue pushing the industry forward.
